The hotel is in a good location.
The check-in experience was highly unsatisfactory. We were confronted by the owner, who yelled at the staff when my wife requested an extra key, causing us to feel uncomfortable.

The place was awesome, comfy beds and the staff were just lovely. Only downside was the breakfast could've had more options. Still, sweet as staff made up for it.

The hotel staff greets us warmly, always ready to help with friendly recommendations for local attractions and dining. Situated in the Old Quarter, it's perfectly located for exploring iconic restaurants and bustling streets. The rooms, particularly the one with a window we stayed in, are modern and insulated well, allowing a peaceful night's sleep despite the vibrant city outside.
We encountered a delay with the air conditioning in one of our rooms, needing to wait longer than anticipated for it to be fixed.

The staff's dedication is phenomenal, making you feel at home, and they offered excellent local dining suggestions, enhancing my experience in Hanoi.
The noise from the nearby beer street and club was quite disruptive, especially for light sleepers. consider earplugs if you stay here.
